Butter Chicken & Coconut Curry (Freshly Frozen)

A fragrant butter chicken and coconut curry made by The Poetry of Taste in Oyster Bay.

Keep frozen at -18°C.

Serving suggestion: Serve with basmati rice and garlic naan.

Heating instructions (defrost thoroughly first):

• Preheat oven to 180°C
• Remove lid and cover tray with foil
• Place in centre of oven and bake for 40 min
• Check if hot throughout; if not, bake covered with foil for a further brief period
• Take caution when removing the tray and foil as it will be hot
