Chicken & Mushroom Pie (Freshly Frozen)

A comforting chicken and mushroom pie made by The Poetry of Taste in Oyster Bay, with a creamy chicken and mushroom filling under golden puff pastry.

Keep frozen at -18°C.

Heating instructions (from frozen):

• Preheat oven to 200°C
• Remove lid
• Brush top of pie with egg wash
• Place in centre of oven and bake for 30 min until the pastry puffs and begins to brown
• Reduce heat to 180°C and bake for a further 20 min or until the pastry is crisp and golden
