Malva Pudding (Freshly Frozen)

A traditional South African malva pudding made by The Poetry of Taste in Oyster Bay — a warm, spongy caramel dessert.

Keep frozen at -18°C.

Instructions and serving suggestion:

• Defrost thoroughly
• Preheat oven to 170°C
• Remove lid
• Place in centre of oven and heat for 15 min
• Check if hot throughout before serving
• Serve hot with fresh cream, vanilla ice cream or custard
